The room was perfectly clean and well-designed with balconywith an exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was near shops, restaurants and main Tulum Avenue, Close to Tulum Ruins, and the main market and the main downtown.

Hotel Zendero Tulum is a beautiful small and incredible place with outstandingly accommodating staff. the beds in our double room were exceptionally comfortable. - Convenient amenities such as climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel TV were provided. - the location is near the center of Tulum, great bars, and the main market.

The staff are supper friendly and the room is good-sized and beautifully designed in the internal patio...

I recently spent Easter at a hotel in Tulum and had a great experience! The location was perfect, situated right in the middle of town and the beach – it made everything easily accessible. The breakfast provided was delicious and had great options to choose from. One of my favorite aspects was the rooftop – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather.

There were a few things that could have been better during my stay. The room was a bit small and lacked furniture to place my clothes, making it a bit difficult to get ready.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-maintained rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location is top-notch, situated right at the heart of Tulum town, yet tucked away from the noisy restaurants, bars, and construction sites. It's a quick walk or bike ride to all the fantastic dining and entertainment options nearby, and you can easily reach the beautiful beach as well.

All was fine during my stay.

Couldn't stay longer.

During our Christmas stay, we greatly enjoyed the complementary breakfast and daily cleaning services. the hotel’s location was ideal, just a short walk from the main street and all of its attractions, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. We also thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool, a perfect spot to take in the city views and relax in the sun.

Soundproofing was severely lacking, and we could hear all the noises from the hallway and staircase. some basic amenities were missing in the rooms, such as a hairdryer and closet space.

The location of Hotel Zendero was perfect, just a short walk away from the main road with all the restaurants and bars. I loved how accessible everything was. The room I stayed in was clean and had a minimal design, which I personally enjoyed. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is situated conveniently in an ideal location, putting you right in the heart of the action with many eateries, restaurants and bars in close walking distance. You can either explore the city center or take a scenic stroll down to the beach. The rooms are well designed, clean and offer a comfortable stay. The breakfast is superb and gives you a great start to your day. Lastly, the staff are helpful and attentive to your needs and requests, making your experience even more enjoyable.

The lack of certain amenities may disappoint some travelers.
